Energy Efficiency on the verge of Frugality

Energy efficiency is the use of less energy in our day by day life, keeping the same results. Like washing our clothes on a lower temperature setting. Or deciding to take a quick shower instead or a long shower.

The things we take for granted rarely show their value. Sometimes we never realize how easy we have it or how conveniently we live. Energy is the current theme and might be a discussion subject for quite some time.
There are no immediate solutions. And it seems like the future with sustainable energy sources is not here soon enough. This is the reality, especially in Europe.

Energy Efficiency Day

Energy Efficiency Day (the first Wednesday in October – Oct. 5, 2022) is a collaborative effort of dozens of energy efficiency advocacy groups around the United States, including the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy (ACEEE), Advanced Energy Economy, Alliance to Save Energy, Natural Resources Defense Council, the Regional Energy Efficiency Organizations and many others.

The Energy Efficiency Day message is simple: “Save Money. Cut Pollution. Create Jobs.” Since the inaugural EE Day in 2016, this annual awareness event has been supported by hundreds of prominent organizations, companies, government agencies and others.

Any action you take to reduce waste and conserve our natural resources makes a difference.

Every day we are paying more for energy than we should due to poor insulation, inefficient lights, appliances, and heating and cooling equipment – money we could save by investing in energy efficiency.
